Hi, my name is Lenty Gordon and I am originally from Costa Rica and I speak fluent Spanish. I am a bilingual psychotherapist with 30 years’ experience working with individuals that endorse Mental Health problems. I am committed to help my clients to achieve the quality of life that they deserve by teaching them new coping skills and techniques to self-regulate their emotions, symptoms and encouraging change in behaviors. Por los últimos 30 años he trabajado con individuos que presentan problemas de Salud Mental. Mi propósito es ayudar a mis clientes a que obtengan la mejor calidad de vida posible al controlar sus emociones negativas y síntomas que alteran su estado de ánimo. Además educado a mis clientes a controlar sus acciones y comportamientos enseñándoles técnicas y mecanismos de ajuste emocional. Espero poder ayudarle a usted también a mejorar su vida.
